Urgent Care
Low-Level Treatment - $84 - This is treatment for a chief complaint that does not require any procedures to be performed.
A routine check-up, or treatment for the common cold where no procedures are performed would be a good example of this.*
Medium-Level Treatment - $144 - This is a visit where the patients chief complaint requires a procedure to be performed, or the
patient has two chief complaints.*
High-Level Treatment - $220 - This is a visit where the patients chief complaint requires up to three procedures to be performed,
or if the patient has more than two chief complaints.*
*Please note that any visit that requires an extended evaluation period can be billed at a higher treatment level.

- Hemoccult Test (check stool for blood)

- Stress Test

- Pap Smears
- Pelvic Exams
- Prostate Exam
*These procedures warrant a High-Level Treatment charge
**If an echo and carotid study are performed a charge for a Medium and High-Level treatment will be assessed, if only one of the two is performed
a High-Level Treatment charge will be assessed
***Laceration Repair/Sutures warrants a High-Level Treatment charge when the laceration is 1-inch in length or less. Any laceration repairs for
lacerations longer than 1-inch in length will be billed at our standard rate with a 20% (percent) discount.
