About Anisley Ledesma, APRN

Anisley Ledesma, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing primary care in Jacksonville, Florida. With more than 10 years of healthcare experience, Anisley brings a diverse clinical background that includes family medicine, nephrology, nursing, and dialysis care. Her career began in Cuba, where she practiced as a physician after completing training in Family Medicine and later gaining experience in nephrology. After moving to the United States, she continued caring for patients as a registered nurse before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. Anisley earned her advanced nursing degree from South University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is able to connect with and care for a diverse patient population throughout Jacksonville.

Anisley’s passion for healthcare comes from a genuine desire to help others and improve their health. She believes good care starts with listening, clear communication, and making sure patients feel comfortable enough to ask questions and be part of decisions about their health. Building trust is especially important to her, and she enjoys connecting with people from different backgrounds and creating an environment where they feel heard and understood. Being bilingual allows her to build those same meaningful relationships with both English and Spanish-speaking patients.
